About ReCharge
The ReCharge web-based program will provide you with information, activities and resources to assist you to manage your cancer-related fatigue.
This program will allow you to read information, listen to audio or watch videos about how to manage your fatigue. You will also be able to practice the skills you have learnt using activity worksheets. The web-based program will also allow you to monitor your fatigue levels.
Please note, as this is a self-managed program, it is not aimed for people experiencing crisis situations. We do not have the ability to respond to these situations, therefore please contact the 24 hour crisis support services listed on this website below.
